Small files, big rules
Cookie policy
By default we use only the cookies needed to run the site. Anything optional — analytics or an embedded demo — is set only after you say yes. Here's exactly what we use and how to control it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They're used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and sometimes to measure how a site is used. Similar technologies like local storage work the same way for the purposes of this policy.
The cookies we use
We keep this deliberately minimal. The table below covers every category we may use.
| Category | What it does | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Makes the site work and remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. | Not required |
| Analytics | Anonymous, aggregated stats on which pages are read, to help us improve the guide. | Required |
| Embedded media | If you load the game demo, the provider may set cookies needed to run it. | Required |
| Advertising | We don't use advertising or tracking cookies at all. | Not used |
Your choice
When you first visit, our banner lets you accept all cookies or keep to essential only. Your preference is remembered on your device. You can change it whenever you like:
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — lets you control cookies per site or clear them entirely. Note that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working as intended.
Third-party cookies
Optional embeds, such as the game demo, are served by other companies that set their own cookies under their own policies, which we don't control. We don't load them unless you've consented.
Changes
If we add or change the cookies we use, we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again.
