How Gates of Olympus Super Scatter works
It runs on the same scatter-pays engine as the 2021 original: land 8 or more matching symbols anywhere on the 6×5 grid — there are no paylines. Four features stack on top of that base game. Here's each one in plain English.
Scatter Pays & tumbling reels
Symbols pay for 8 or more of a kind in any position — forget paylines entirely. After every win, the winning symbols are removed and new ones tumble down to fill the gaps, so a single spin can chain several wins in a row until no new combination forms.
Multiplier orbs (2×–500×)
Multiplier orbs can land on any spin or tumble, in both the base game and the bonus. When more than one lands, their values are added together and applied to the total win, so a cluster of orbs during a big tumble sequence is where the screen-filling wins come from. Most of the game's return is tied up in these moments, which is why it plays so high-volatility.
Free Spins
Land 4+ scatters to start 15 free spins. During the round, each multiplier orb on a winning tumble adds to a running total that running total multiplier that never resets. Landing more scatters during the feature adds extra spins. Prefer not to wait for it? The Bonus Buy options let you jump straight in.
The Super Scatter symbol
This is what is new in this edition. Super Scatters pay fixed instant prizes when they land while the feature triggers — from 100× for one, up to the full 50,000× for four.
